Semilla Advisors may be a new name but the staff is far from new to consulting. Founded on the principal that the best advice comes from experienced staff; Semilla Advisors' roots can be found in some of the largest organizations in the world where our staff grew before joining our firm. Companies such as AT&T, CitiCorp and Capital One provided the fertile ground on which we gained our expertise.
Our consulting experience is second to none. Our staff are all seasoned consultants with an average of at least 10 years of direct consulting experience prior to joining our firm. Coming from highly regarded firms such as Ernst & Young, and boutique consulting firms like Bass & Company and Navigant Consulting, the staff of Semilla have the requisite corporate and consulting experience to help you achieve outstanding operational performance.

What does the word Semilla mean?
Semilla is Spanish for 'seed.' The driving force behind Semilla Advisors, seeds represent something so fundamental, yet so powerful, that they can change the very landscape in which they are sown.

That is our aim at Semilla Advisors; to help our clients change the landscape of customer operations and their customers' view of it.

Ted Nolte, President and CEO
An executive with a broad base of skills, Ted has been an outstanding contributor in several technical consulting disciplines. Ted also possesses the management, technical and financial skills that allow him to drive client issues from concept stage through design and to final execution and success. Skilled at managing a broad range of business challenges, Mr. Nolte is a leader with vision and determination. His leadership and understanding of market realities is complemented by an ability to leverage creative thought into successful business strategies.
Mr. Nolte's entrepreneurial spirit is clearly evident as Semilla Advisors is the second consulting firm he has founded and the third company he has started. Prior to Semilla, he founded Bass & Company Management Consultants, LLC and EGN Holdings, both of which are still in existence and operating quite successfully.
Mr. Nolte's area of expertise is in all operational functions that support the customer. These functions include credit & collections, customer care, billing, payment processing and field services.
